As a private company we have no outside shareholders to please. This means that we completely focused on ensuring quality is never compromised by cost cutting to boost outside shareholder returns. Our developments and portfolio of land are fully-funded by our Board of Directors and, at Willow Walk Homes, we do not borrow from banks or other financial institutions. Without the distraction of outside shareholders or bank borrowings we can focus all of time on building beautiful homes with complement their local surroundings and will last for generations to come.
We are proud to guarantee that every Willow Walk Home – whatever the size or scale – is designed, inspected and constructed to the same exacting standards.

We have had roots in East Anglia since the very beginning. As a place we are proud to call home, we cherish this charming county and are committed to preserving the beautiful rural setting that we all know and love. We work hard to ensure that any new construction is a positive addition through respectful design, care and consideration.
